• Terror threat to India’s space scientists
• I want to call your attention to two great new blogs that I have come across. First, Foreign Policy’s new blog net.effect, which examines how technology shapes the world (though with an obvious IR slant); and, Computational Legal Studies, which examines the complexity of the legal world using computational techniques (lots of good network stuff here)
